Oh this is just a Lan network I use at home. I use Charter High speed which was formerly @ Home. The service is good and the price is right. We get: About 200 Channels cable and another 50 music High speed access PPV For 79.95 per month. The cordless gateway was something I bought which allows me to have up to 10 machines using the same isp and gives me about 150 foot radius with my Laptop. FOr the Gateway, and 2 receiving units (1 usb for your desktop and 1 pcmcia card for your laptop) for 99.00. Each addition wireless receiver runs about 25.00. I bought the proxim wireless thinking it would suck and I would have to return it - its great and it was cheaper than a wired network...........and a lot easier
