A Joint US-British /mulitnational monitor, and Indo-Pak patrol of LoC

Reports said Mr Rumsfeld could also bring a proposal for a joint US-British force to monitor the LOC.

Fishing in LoC is Excellent
US is interested in capturing the Al Qaeda and the Taliban. They are hiding or given cover by the locals in the Northwestern pakistan. They escape and cross the LoC to Kashmir with the collusion of the Paki military. That is where (LoC) the catch is very promising. What is US waiting for? They are not going to bite the bottom and say, " Here I am, take me."
