The CI's reversed down yesterday, giving sell signals. They did not end near 0, so there were no extreme oversold signals at the end of the day. They ended in a range between 10 and 22. That was a hint of things to come, because there was further room to the downside, and the direction was down.

The CI's are oversold in all time frames, but they need to close near 0 to signal capitulation. The largest moves often occur at the end of trends, during periods of panic or euphoria. With the CI's heading down and getting closer to 0 in all time frames, the markets are in the panic phase.
