Not a clue. But then I can't explain why it is as low as it is anyway. At 31/32, the market cap of the stock is about $13 million, which is about half of Procyte's tangible assets, This does not count tax loss carry-forewards, etc. which are themselves worth the market cap ( again according to my MBA spouse ). Maybe the chairman sold some more stock. I notice volume is pretty heavy too. Maybe there is a press release somewhere.
