Mr. Lee, appear that your pessimism regarding the death of the consumer and hence the server market is premature. Intel's problem, from all indications, is not from lack of unit sales but from P4 product mix. Instead of buying over-priced >2G processors that have no real world advantages, consumers are buying the cheaper processors. CNBC this morning even mentined the Celeron directly. Translated, consumers re still buying and upgrading their computers - hence MORE and not less server power is needed to deliver the net content.
