Kudlow is such a Clown. This guy has been bought and paid for so much that he's beginning to drool on himself trying to come up with plausible things to explain why this is another buying op, war is not a possibility, the economy is strong, there will be no more company cheating, etc. etc. etc. He is NOT clueless. He is bought and paid for. Anyone watching his desperation can't argue with this. They might can him soon because he's looking like such a blubbering idiot now.
