I believe it is 50% + 1 vote. Although I kind of remember 60% somewhere in the back of my mind. I also belive there has to be a minimum number of votes, or else we will have to do it again. Crossing my fingers that Gerry gets what he deserves. A boot in the behind. What exactly is a "calculated risk"? Shouldn't you have a backup plan if you get yourself into a calculated risk? Risk is keeping Gerry around for another 12 months! The risk of being totally worthless. Dean
