? I think it has to be coming from old economy companies and not techs...they're too numbed to think with techs... That's a possibility, but after 2 plus years of numbing more negative news loses it's shocking power. If more green starts to appear today and this thing closes up then what. I also think gold stocks have shot their wad. However I don't have the guts to short them particularly going into the weekend. If this market closes up we've seen the short term bottom. If not then we have a few more days of churning and without a disaster over the weekend the selling may stop. When the selling stops there is only one way it can go and that's up. Monday could be a good day to short gold rather than today but I guess you're just thinking about it right now. Ted
