No, the Court is not packed with extremists. As for the political complexion of the Congress, once you add moderate and liberal Republicans to the Democratic side in the House, you have enough people to indict Scalia if the evidence is solid. That is even more true in the Senate. Anyone with a clear conviction that Scalia deserved impeachment would have made it a crusade on the Hill already......
