Companies don't buy software bundles with their PCs. The licensing scheme is different. Most companies distribute common software images to all employees, and keep them standard regardless of whether new hardware is added.

Microsoft's new corporate licensing schemes will make it more cost-effective to keep up with the more recent upgrades, but as they are not demanding much more in terms of hardware performance, it's a non-issue for most hardware.
