The FORM 10-QSB phone number (702) 597-9070 for HYVR is bogus, and none of the names show up in Nevada directory searches.

Nextel 411 comes up with (702) 597-0622 - unanswered after 10 rings at 1445 their time.

I'll dig into it a little more, but it sounds like a "perpetual motion" machine to me.
