vargas: Those two PDG arguments have been addressed earlier and found to be questionable. Mael attempted to pay taxes and were told the gvmt would not accept them as Mael did not own the land. Also, the agreement stated that the property given in lieu of LC did not prejudice their claim to LC. It was given to them in return for not seeking compensation for damages suffered as a result of the Minitry's action. For the precise details, you will have to dig a bit in the KRY thread. See post#196 by Clifford Atkin. I also remember that not all of the property due Mael in the agreement was given to them. Lee
