I dunno Tench, I can load Office 2000 on all the PC's around the house with ease. With Office XP, I'd have to spend well over a grand to do so due to activation. Nice argument for the 'status quo' in my book, especially in view of the fact that I see absolutely nothing in Office XP that is even remotely worth the dough for multiple copies... Regards, John
