Monday, 10am Alberta time... finally got an answer at (403) 221-7715. Simply stated, the company is not working any of the properties, and the big thing right now is the gravel deal. Company officials are in Toronto and will know if it's a done deal on Friday. Person I spoke to said there will be a news release the week following if there is a deal, otherwise no release.

I've basically concluded that the company has little or no money to work any of their properties, so the only way they'll go ahead with anything is if the gravel thing works out and provides some cashflow. Sounds like it could be boom or bust. I've waited this long... might as well ride it out. I envision two possibilities: (1) it's a good time to buy now since announcement of a revenue source could give DAK's value a boost, or (2) we'll see much of the same if nothing happens. With DAK and their credibility, it'll be a gamble. Mind you, there may be nothing to lose at these low prices... just how much lower can we go? Hopefully we can only go up.

Any feelings as to the probability of a deal going through? Any reason it should be one way or the other?

Ben
