I'll try to remember to use lower case. I get tired of typing, how do you take a press release or news article and post here without having to re-type? This would save me some time. I'm also the worst speller, is there a way to do a spell check? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I wish my research had been done prior to my purchasing. Have you analyzed the Schedule 13D that Paramount Capital filed? I'm curious as to what price the warrants are exercised at. I'm going to read later today.

I found another company that Paramount Capital invested their money in. What's New in Biotechnology announced in their Financial News on 5 September 1996 that INNOVIR LABORATORIES, INC., announced today The Aries Fund, and the Aries Domestic Fund, L.P., two affiliated investment funds which specialize in the biotechnology industry, have invested a total of $2 million in exchange for 4 million shares of newly issued Common Stock and 4 million Class C Warrants exercisable at $.50 per share. In addition, the company has issued to the Aries Funds an option to purchase 2 million shares of Common Stock and 2 million Class C Warrants exercisable at $.50 per share for a total option purchase price of $1 million. The Aries Funds will be entitled to appoint two directors to INVR's board. The stock currently trades close to $1.00.

Paramount Captials Schedule 13D should tell more about Procepts financing.
