Have you analyzed the Schedule 13D that Paramount Capital filed? I'm curious as to what price the warrants are exercised at. I'm going to read later today. I found another company that Paramount Capital invested their money in. What's New in Biotechnology announced in their Financial News on 5 September 1996 that INNOVIR LABORATORIES, INC., announced today The Aries Fund, and the Aries Domestic Fund, L.P., two affiliated investment funds which specialize in the biotechnology industry, have invested a total of $2 million in exchange for 4 million shares of newly issued Common Stock and 4 million Class C Warrants exercisable at $.50 per share. In addition, the company has issued to the Aries Funds an option to purchase 2 million shares of Common Stock and 2 million Class C Warrants exercisable at $.50 per share for a total option purchase price of $1 million. The Aries Funds will be entitled to appoint two directors to INVR's board. The stock currently trades close to $1.00. Paramount Captials Schedule 13D should tell more about Procepts financing.
