Zeev, overtime is about 25% to 50% above normal. Most previous reports showed overtime in the 2 to 3 hours range, in overtime

Now just make a small calculation how much 1 hour overtime adds to the pool of workers.

Keep in mind that the US Labor force is around 142 million of which 6% are unemployed.

As such one hour overtime results in around 133 million hours which is a lot of work places.
