The CI's didn't bottom out at 0. The Naz CI's continue to trend down. There was no reversal to the upside. The S&P CI's have reversed to the upside, and they're now higher than 30 in the ST. This reflects a move into value stocks today. There was a reversal buy signal for the S&P. AJ's note about the NDX was interesting. The support level he mentioned wasn't hit. Lots of support levels for the indexes haven't been tested yet. So we shall see. I'd say the outlook remains questionable.
