Now that I have seen your post, let me take another stab at calculating the net after tax impact from exercise of stock options for the three fiscal years ending Dec 31, 99, 00 and 01. Ok, we start again with a tax benefit from exercise of stock options for the three years totaling 331 Mill. We divide this by your 35% tax rate to get 946 Mill. Next we subtract the money that came in at strike price---"compensation related to stock options, net"--18 Mill? Finally we subtract the tax benefit of 331 Mill to get approximately a negative 597 million after tax impact from exercise of stock options. Ok, I am closer to your 550 Mill number, but still not quite there. Comments?

Best, Huey
