Can you with clear conscience tell me you don't believe Tony did a thing illegal?

Do you think Tony got confidential information form FBI, sold stock short in companies he got info on, then told site members that the company was being investigated by the FBI and encourage said members to short same stocks?

That seems to be what he is accused of. This is the guilty or not guilty(we know he wasn't innocent) thread and I am so very interested in your opinon since you claim to be so close to him.

And although I disagree with the gov's playing of the 911 card, I can't see where it has hurt tony as of yet except in the image of him portrayed by the media and places like this message board. In the end that may be a saving grace when/if he gets to trial as I am sure 911 will have prejudiced plenty of potential jurors and as we see from his first interview in jail, Tony has every intention of playing the race card.

As far as I see so far, no harm, no foul.

Really would like your opinion on his guilt.

I find him Guilty as charged on the conspiracy and obtaining info from FBI on the limited evidence I have knowledge of.

My edumacted opinion of course

Not enough evidence on extortion yet but i have an open mind
