Third, the company asked that if the FCC finds that NextWave's construction efforts are deficient or rejects them, that it be granted a waiver or extension to meet the requirements. The best part is to see Nextwave pleading with the FCC that an extension to it's build out deadlines is "In the Public Interest"! These guys have no self respect! First the make the FCC follow the rules "By the Book" over the last 5 years. Then when they need some help. They go asking the FCC for all kinds of special favors! LOL!! Like I have said all along. You don't beat City Hall. Without the City setting up a 24 hour a day concrete mixing facility in the street in front of your bedroom for a six year sewer expansion project. PCSTEL
