I hope and pray we catch the murderous criminals. But at what cost? If it means that we toss aside all our laws, even our BASIS of law, then we have set a precedent that threatens the underpinnings of America.

If Ashcroft is allowed to toss aside the Constitution, believe you me, it will happen again and again. When they come kicking in your door because you don't toe the line du jour, remember where it started.
