Peter, those are not the charges against Tony, nor have I read anywhere that that is the reason he has been charged. I have read the government shall try to have him convicted for extortion, and the allegations seem credible enough to warrant his arrest.

The very idea that an FBI employee was providing Tony information and was being compensated to do so is wrong. If this allegation is true, people should be concerned. while Tony may be able to justify in his mind that this was OK, there is no way that the FBI agent did not know that this would be illegal and wrong, no way. I find it peculiar that the reports that the FBI database was searched so many times regarding Tony is not discussed more. One time would be interesting and normal, as we all have read about the FBI watching and compiling data on too many people that should not have been followed. But after that initial search, why would someone want to check it again, and again?
Unless, they had reason for concern...that is my suspicion regarding the frequency of such searches.

Tony must have a fair trial, and it is best to look at the information and arguments on a more sensible level than to support an argument that he is being pursued because he is Arabic, shorts some stocks, and is brash.

People have two different opinions regarding the allegations
and what any of us think is not important, nor will it sway the outcome of the trial. What matters is what 12 jurors believe to be the truth. The vast majority will accept their decision and if he is found innocent, people will say that he was served an injustice.
