Turkey count is up. When I'm in the stores that I frequent most
often, I ask the turkey carver how many birds they've gone through
so far today. He always seems to know. This is just a informal
survey. I haven't been recording numbers and time of day etc.
Maybe I should. It would be a good fundamental indicator.
Service is still excellent. Managers are aware of need to cut
or contain costs. I'll see what I can find out this afternoon.
Why is my mouth watering?
