Check out the CSCO thread for more discussion about option expenses. AMZN is also another company that is heavily impacted by option expenses. Standard and Poors will start to include option expenses into its core earnings "soon" (I do not know what they mean by "soon"...). spglobal.com I search for truth, not so much so for popularity... I've been burnt too many times by CEOs withholding information. CEOs are supposed to present the glass as half full. Note that CEOs, when in the hot seat in front of Congress or some regulatory body, will always claim that they have fully disclosed all risks in their public filings.
