Cummings: Your post that I'm linking from contains some intelligent analysis for a change. From time to time you actually exhibit erudite thinking ... when you're not posting Chelsea-bashing articles from newsmaxcrap.com.

I think you're right on the money with your last two paragraphs ... that perhaps the high court was wrong to even take up some of these so-called cultural issues ... and that we simply can't turn back the clock and expect a return to "Leave it to Beaver" circa 1956.

As I opined the other day, ALL forms of malfeasance have a negative impact on the moral fabric of America. So if you're going to (justifiably) complain about Larry Flynt, Hugh Hefner and the rise of Internet pornography, let us also not forget how Richard Nixon, Kenneth Lay, and Kent State damaged the American psyche. There are many forms of "obscenity," and the most dangerous types are non-sexual.
