peter--- think about it,, "How many dollars has he prevented how many innocent investors from losing since he went public here on SI?",, if sold short the shares were borrowed from someone at the higher price,, When the mkt cap comes down someone is left up high. Nothing wrong with shorting until one uses 1 lies, 2 inside information, 3 info purchased from unlawful sources (fbi in this case) 4 an Enterprise to manipulate. 5 & etc. A is charged with all of those PLUS extortion. Are you certain he did not have you short an issue and after getting his free or cheap shares tell you all was OK in order for him to make another profit after covering? So far nothing has been proven,,, but if it starts to hurt when you sit down ............... LOL!
