Does it appear to you that Bush has it in for CA? First there was the power business soon after the election. Now there's drilling off the coast. He blocked it off the FL coast. Jeb Bush, his brother, is governor there. He is preparing to go ahead off the CA coast. I assumed that he went easy of Florida because of his brother and that CA is business as usual--drill, drill, drill. I can't believe that he doesn't know CA doesn't want offshore drilling, as well. I knew that. Bush has shown lately that he's willing to make exceptions for those he favors or those whose votes he wants. No rigidity there. <g>
