I'm wondering how familiar you are with the events surrounding the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty during the 1967 Arab-Israeli War?

In order to hide war crimes, i.e. the slaughter of thousands of Egyptian POWs on the Sinai Peninsula, and the fact that Israel was not attacked, the IDF purposefully attempted to sink the USS Liberty while destroying the life rafts that US personnel were attempting to launch. 34 Americans were murdered in cold blood by the IDF, while their diplomats lied outrageously about the incident.

Now, RON, how in the world can you go on about Israeli women in bikinis? That's about as silly as the lame conservative war-mongers who refuse to face up to the contemptible leadership of this country, while continuing to think "Monica" is the most important piece of foreign policy this nation faces.

BTW, have you seen this recent letter to the editor that has gotten an honest man in a precarious position. Talk about living in a police state where the truth is the enemy of the government:

Which makes our present government appear to be quite like the Israeli government in 1967, and today.

Think about what kind of a country you want your children to live in. A police state, or a nation that respects the rights of other nations and other cultures? Bush clearly is working as hard as he can for the former. I reject this destruction of our American way of life.
