Zeev,

I didnt quite understand the response which is below.

90% limit, only on fast turns markets, but even then hitting the ask on a buy or the bid on the low. Typically, when I decide on launching the lunch tactic, I would use a limit (buy) just under the then prevailing bid (unless it is really big size, like 10,000 plus...). In most other cases, OB limit orders are used.

My interpretation of second part of above( trying not to be reading challenged (g) ) is that when you feel the time is right to enter the lunch tactic you enter limit orders that are at the current bid. Thinking that they will tick down again and you will get the stock. Is that about right?

I am always amazed at the prices you get. There have been countless times where you are within pennies of the low (short term trough). I am able to do that occasionaly, but I have never had more than three positions on at the same time. You put on 8-12 in a short time.

The question buried in all of this is: Do you get your signal to start the lunch tactic, then put in limit orders at the current bids to buy the various stocks or have you already got an entry price figured out ahead of time?

I watch things to determing which stocks are behaving well that day and then watch those 2-3 like a hawk. I have market orders already entered. When i feel the time is right, i hit enter and send the order on its way for each individual purchase.

I thank you (not the first time) for your patience and willingness to share with others. I am trying to make a living doing this and figure it is best to learn from the master.

Jeff
