Those things are not lawful It's securities fraud to post intentional lies on message boards with the intent to defraud, especially if the poster is a paid promoter. It's also illegal to scalp, i.e. sell into your own false hype. It's also fraud for a CEO to mislead in press releases. Most of the companies tony outed did just those things. He posted the truth, they lied. He had a disclaimer, they didn't.
