"innocent" investors weren't hurt

Please post a scenario where they were hurt.

I will post one here to show that innocent investors weren't hurt.

SLPH.

Here is tony's report

mary.cc

the report in summary: management with a known past for fraudulent activities, a "revolutionary" product, supposed deals with big well known companies that can't be verified, no contracts, no revenue, no profits...yet this is supposed to be a product which will change the world as we know it.

Who were the investors? mainly insider owned. There were maybe two real longs on the RB board. The rest were promoters or hypesters.

Tony released his report and one insane long in lust said "yeah, so?" as if the report meant nothing. He said he held for a bit. Then he told me later that he sold before it really dumped and he can't believe he got sucked into such a loser. He said tony's report was a real eye opener. I asked him "did you really believe the hype?" He said he wanted to believe it.

What did this guy lose? Absolutely nothing! SLPH shares were worthless when he bought them. That is when he lost money, when he bought them based on the misleading hype, not when he sold them. He'd already lost his value before tony started researching it. It was just a matter of when the con job would be up. If tony hadn't outed it, more people would have been defrauded. I'm sure gunnerman would have kept that con job alive as long as there were suckers. Heck, it's still going even now.
