I have wavered some this last 36 hours, wondering if I should not have bought the dip or not on Friday. After some review, tonight I am at peace. This is a good time for me to be in cash. Unlike a month ago, I think the majority sees the September lows being tested. I think a lot of bears bought the dip last week and got hosed. Yet, I have the impression, a subjective one to be sure, that folks are still looking for the bounce. It may keep me out of the market too long, that's the risk, but I am sticking with the plan -- where's the fear?! I have no interest in getting long until the September lows are breached, and deeply.
