Lee: This morning I telephoned "New" Work recovery at (800) 332-3746. I spoke with Nancy Hardy about my concerns involving the firm. 1) June debt service of $1.6 million was not met. Negotiations for payment of that debt at 10 cents on the dollar are ongoing now. The debt under any more stringent circumstances appears unpayable. 2) Nancy Hardy is the 17th employee of "New" Work Recovery. As of this coming Wednesday, she will no longer be associated with the firm. This will result in a staff of 16. 3) Of that 16, only 3 people are sales personnel. 4) No Product has been moved in recent weeks, nor are there any indications that there will be imminent sales of Ergos. 5) The web site: ergos.com remains down, but its demise is beimg blamed on a service provider not associated with "New" Work Recovery." {Failure to meet financial obligations?} 6) E-mail contact can be made via: sales@ergos.com. 7) July warrants have generated little activity. 8) July warrants will not be extended. 9) July warrants will see no decrease in exercise price. Sorry to be the bearer of pessimistic news, but that's the way it is. M.
