Not everyone thinks of God as a given. There are many agnostics and atheists, as well as alternative-religions. Also, many non-Christians associate the word God with the Christian version. They do not accept that it is a generic term meant to include their deity or belief of choice. Interesting. Why were you offended by the Ramadan poster? Non-Christians have been subjected to the Christian religions for years and years. I'll bet most non-Muslims didn't even know Ramadan existed before.
