I have my own opinion, and I am sure many others who knew your close tie with Tony have their own opinions as well; But one thing I know for certain is,..... it does not matter what I think or what the others think, the real matter is what the FBI THINKS after they conduct and finish with the investigations of the members.
I am sure you have been contacted by the FBI, and I have noway of knowing what kind of evident they have, but I am sure the FBI has a good idea who is Robert and his involvement by now. Whether you are a big fish, a small fish, or just an ignorance member of A@P site; it is not up to you or me to decide, it is up to the FBI.
BTW, I don't have the term "enterprise" mixed up. My definition of the enterprise is anyone who orchestrated and participated in the assaults with tipped off info, or any members who profited from Tony's illegal activities. A quick look at Tony's computers, e-mails, phone records, and all members of A@P trading activities will reveal who knew what and who profited the most from Tony's tipped off. And if history repeats itself, then we all know that Anthony wouldn't hesitate to sell out on anyone, or fabricate a little if it means your lost is his gain. Does that sound familiar?
