It would be hard for me to believe that anyone involved in anything illegal would still be participating in this discussion at this point.

I sure bet there are a lot of readers of this thread sweatin' it out though--ones who are remaining silent out of fear...I wish to describe a similar previous experience for their benefit.

I was a member of A@P for one month as well as Tokyo Joe's for a month--just out of curiosity in both cases.

All I ever got from either was e-mails...no significant descriptions of why a stock was a good buy or sell...I never "hung out" on the sites or in chat rooms , just the e-mail alerts.

I received a subpoena as a result of the TJ membership--and I'll probably get one for the A@P membership--no big deal--they wanted copies of any correspondence I had --I never had to appear anywhere or hire a lawyer.

It will be interesting to see which specific trades were "tainted"...I'm thinking members "may" have to give up profits on some of those....if they do indeed exist...(I lost money , do I get it back ? LOL)
