Besides the fact that OCCF has below average fundamentals, this might be the reason for the recent dumping: russell.com Index funds associated with the Russell 3000 are probably dumping it. The move OCCF makes leading up to or after its earnings announcement could be interesting. Its unlikely that I will try to play it. I feel like OCCF is too manipulated. Maybe if there is ever any insider buying ..... that would change my mind. Chris
