Just for fun, a scenario brought up on this thread by Ray previously - a dirty bomb in DC, immediate switchover to the underground administration already in operation, no congressional meetings for a while, and voila ! Kneejerk totalitarianism. Won't last, of course. Unless there's more explosions, anthrax, smallpox, etc.

These rabid exercises in paranoia serve to estimate some small portion of what the military and executive branch already have war-gamed to the nth-degree. Kind of fun, in a twisted way. Unless, of course something unexpected actually happens, like WTC, only larger, as we are being warned about. |
