PCSTEL, human [and other] behaviour is based on "What gets rewarded gets done". Which is why people [many] lie, steal and kill. They are rewarded for their actions.

Superficially, a person might think they are rewarding some behaviour, but in fact are rewarding something else. For example the mother who buys her screaming, demanding brat a lolly in the supermarket to shut them up and avoid embarrassment is teaching them to scream and perform in the supermarket. She thinks she is rewarding them for shutting up, but is actually rewarding them for being a brat.

What is a reward to one person is not to another. A short term reward is chosen over a long term reward, or punishment, in many instances.

The point of this is that Leap has had their share price reduced because [in part] they are honest. <Somewhat ironic the markets reaction to the 5% fraud issue with LWIN. While other WSP's had fraud/bad debt amounts greater than LWIN. > People see discussion of fraud and do NOT like the sound of it in the current Enron markets.

In the long run, trustworthy people, like Irwin Jacobs and Harvey White, get a following and earn success.
