Peter, some have done much more than Tony in notifying the proper authorities regarding fraudulent acts, and have done so without the allegations of paying off an FBI agent or commiting extortion. It is important that those charges are not left out of the arguments.

One has crossed over the line from being a shorter, to being a criminal, if the allegations are true.

As a shorter have you commited extortion?
Have you paid off anyone to get info from the FBI database?
As a shorter, would you? I do not believe you would, nor would I...

Now an enormous prosecutorial effort is expended against Amr Elgindy, a person who influences stock prices in the downward direction, a person who loudly exposes true facts.

This is the basic injustice that I perceive.
