I was asked why the timing model gives a 4.5 (neutual), not 2.5 (bearish).

I see many signs of recovery. People's feelings on the market are too negative.

What does it take to change people's mode? I don't know. A good speech by President Bush could help the market.

I am buying some FSELX.
