Not for me, I'm actually looking at scooping up vacant lots in Edmonton Alberta for investments right now. We got the oil/gas? Want some? Real Estates prices will ramp up in the coming months in this area. My greatest fear is that E Charters might find gold on them after I buy, then I'd be forced to sell.
