Big Brokerage ratings are actually USEFUL now. They are so desperate to get the SEC off their backs and prove that the advice they offer isn't a complete scam, that they are making correct calls.

IE the INTC call a few days ago, right before INTC collapsed 28 percent in 1 hour. Makes the brokerage look pretty good, eh?

And today there was a CSCO downgrade to "neutral".. Perhaps they know something?
