I just went back to your edit. I will look for the film. Have you seen "Mistress"? It has a great cast, with Danny Aiello, Robert De Niro, Eli Wallach, Chris Walken, and Martin Landau, among others. It is about a washed up producer who decides to get back in the game, and retrieves a script from a young director/writer who had a bad experience that damaged him. They go looking for backers, all of whom have mistresses they want to put in the film........
