Thanks for the input Walter. What you have added here makes sense based on what Jim has told me. The one thing is that he did tell me that the fellow wants to get things rolling for personal reasons. Jim indicated that cash was not a problem and that like he told you the main point here was to get the project to market. He was hoping to have some thing more concrete during this next visit to Vancouver, which actually should have either already happened or be underway.
