Hi Karen,

Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle is working on a plan to re-vive some of the reform legislation before the August recess in Washington.

I believe the Dems will try to revive the debate as a campaign issue in the fall.

As far as the sad history of scandal and business failure you mention, it's useful to keep this in perspective, we have a proud 210 year history of such scandals:
