Interesting news I haven't seen posted here (or on Yahoo until just now which is causing some excitement). Also, CNBC just mentioned it, too, which leads me to believe that although the filing date is May 31, it only recently became available? I'd say this is fairly certain, given FreeEdgar shows the filing actually appearing on their site on June 10.
