This has gotta break some bears' hearts- 3:06PM Amazon.com says SEC investigation over (AMZN) 17.38 -1.20: Announces that the SEC has notified AMZN that it has concluded its informal inquiry regarding AMZN's accounting treatment and disclosures for some of its strategic alliances (first disclosed in Oct 2000), and that no enforcement proceeding will be recommended in connection with that inquiry.
