Thomas, My bickering comment was meant for others! Sorry it was lumped in to my post directed to you... I'm still unsure of the exact rules for Form 144 registration. I thought it was only for restricted stock holdings, and did not apply to open market transactions. I scoured the SEC site for an exact reading of the reg's, but couldn't find it. Anyone have a reference? Cheers, Peter Shaw
