Interesting the GNSS on list to be added to Russell indexes in early July: russell.com Could all these broker downgrades be an attempt to acquire GNSS cheaply to sell to index funds later? Who knows? But with a trailing P/E of 15 or so, and a forward P/E in the 10's, this one is a bargain. That being said, I think it can be had for around 10 later in the month. Only time will tell for sure.
